Kent-based commercial finance broker Integritas Financial Solutions, is to provide its high-level banking advice nationally after signing an exclusive deal with Aviva, one of the UK’s largest insurers.
As a result, Integritas, led by Paul Saunders and Martin White, will work with Aviva’s Club 110, which supports approximately two hundred medium sized insurance brokers.
The insurer’s initiative, which focuses on the key insurance brokers it works with across the country, will see Integritas provide impartial banking expertise to these businesses and help unlock financial support.
Integritas has designed a range of services specifically suited to these brokers and agreed some market leading deals to ensure they are receiving the financial support they need at competitive rates. It is working closely with the banks and getting closer to the key decision makers to support the case for lending to insurance brokers working with Aviva.
Paul Saunders, director of Integritas, said: “This exclusive contract gives us a real opportunity to make a difference for a number of these brokers, and is a major vote of confidence from Aviva in our business and what we offer. Many insurance brokers have found themselves needing to identify new sources of finance after the withdrawal from the market of an international bank, which was a key funder in this sector.
“We will support the brokers to ensure their proposals are ready to go in front of a bank, and then work closely with them to find a new lender. This is an exciting time for our business.”
Integritas was formed nearly a year ago and has already established itself as one of Kent’s premier commercial brokers, and the Aviva deal may well lead to the employment of new staff and expanding of their services.
Martin White, director, added: “The market place for finance remains difficult, and business owners increasingly only get one chance to present their deal in the best light. We are seeing many examples of deals we are structuring that are being agreed, often where business owners have tried in vein on their own.”
