Kent law firm Warners Solicitors has promoted three solicitors to the role of partner. Kevin Sullivan, Jane Bohill and Matt Sabine take the total number of partners at this well respected firm to 18.
Kevin is based in the Sevenoaks office and joined Warners as a trainee in 2002 and qualified in 2004. He specialises in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and advises a number of listed and international clients in addition to local clients based in London and the Home Counties. Kevin’s practice is diverse but he has particular experience in the technology sector (particularly information technology (IT) and software).
Jane qualified in 2000 and joined the firm in 2005. Jane specialises in residential conveyancing and for the last two years has headed up the residential property team in Sevenoaks. Matt is based in Tonbridge and joined in 2007 having qualified earlier the same year. Matt also specialises in residential conveyancing helping clients with all aspects of residential property law, including house sales & purchases, remortgaging, lease extensions and tenancy agreements.
As well as promoting internally Warners has also recruited several new solicitors to join their team in Sevenoaks. This takes the total number of solicitors based in Sevenoaks up to 20 covering a range of services from commercial law to private client.
Senior partner Mark Rosser comments “We are delighted to promote Kevin, Jane and Matt to the role of partner. This marks an important step in their careers and recognises the considerable achievements they have all made.”
