The Corporate Team at Kent’s largest law firm is celebrating a successful start to 2014 with the completion of four mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Cripps Harries Hall, which incorporates Vertex Law, completed these for clients across sectors as diverse as hotels, technology, international medical information and football.
In the first deal Cripps completed the sale of the prestigious boutique hotel in Notting Hill, the Portobello. It then assisted one of the UK’s most innovative printed circuit board manufacturers, Spirit Circuits, strengthen its position in the circuit board market with the purchase of Poole-based Lyncolec.
The firm also represented the seller of Professional Information Limited, in its acquisition by American medical services firm ProPharma. The quartet was completed with the advice in connection with the sale of Richard Murray’s shares in Charlton Athletic Football Club.
