CRIPPS’ EXPERTISE HELPS SEAL CANADIAN GROUP’S DEAL FOR SCOTTISH MARKETING AGENCY

crippsLaw firm Cripps acted for an ambitious Canadian group as it completed a deal to buy an award-winning Scottish marketing agency.

DAC Group, a multi national digital performance marketing and technology company, has bought Edinburgh-based Ambergreen Internet Marketing Ltd. It is the company’s second acquisition in the UK and supports its ambitions to create an international network of digital agencies.

The deal was handled by the specialist advertising, media and technology team at Cripps, and led by partner Nigel Stanford, who said: “DAC Group is an ambitious, growing organisation looking to build a presence beyond its core North American market.

“Our AMT team was able to use its skills and experience in the sector to ensure the deal proceeded smoothly by focusing on the client and their ultimate objective of securing the acquisition on favourable terms.”
