Originally founded in April 2014 by Ashford Borough Council, A Better Choice for Building Consultancy (ABC BC Ltd) was created to provide a seamless consultancy service for the client by utilising the collective knowledge and skill set of its experienced employees.
Based in Ashford, Kent, ABC BC Ltd are a specialist team of fully accredited, highly qualified consultants who can provide you with a wide range of building consultancy services.
Tim Parrett, Managing Director for ABC BC Ltd explains “We work closely with architects and designers as well as building control, planners and other statutory bodies to ensure that regulatory compliance is achieved whilst at the same time saving both initial capital costs and considering whole life costs for the client and end user of the development.
We can offer design advice at the very earliest opportunity allowing designers to refine and alter their designs in light of the regulatory and compliance infrastructure that exist prior to submission for planning, building regulations or other permissions”
