Leading South East law firm Warners Solicitors has acted for Infinity Group on its acquisition of RedkiteCRM Limited.
RedkiteCRM is one of the few Microsoft focused Housing Management System providers serving the social housing sector. The acquisition marks the next step in Infinity Group’s expansion strategy. The group now has 150 full-time employees and has expanded its customer base and capabilities to deliver hyper-focused solutions to the social housing sector.
Andrew Hawkins, Head of Corporate at Warners Solicitors, led the deal team with support from Louise Brenlund (Employment) and Jessica Cox (Corporate).
