Panache Beauty was named top of the shops, taking home Best Overall Retailer at The Mall Maidstone’s Retailer Awards this week.
The retailer received the top award at the ceremony on Tuesday 5th July at The Village Hotel Maidstone, having been crowned the Overall Best Retailer 2016.
The annual Mall Maidstone Retailer Awards event celebrated a successful year of outstanding retail performance and customer service excellence at the shopping centre.
Other winners on the night included Socialites, who were awarded the prestigious Shoppers’ Award, which was voted for by over 50 shoppers. Bon Marche were awarded Best Customer Experience, Flutterbyes was named Best Independent Retailer and The Perfume Shop was voted Best Involvement in Mall Marketing Initiatives, while Rymans received Capital and Regional’s Safe Award.
Local awards were also presented including Best Food Outlet to BB’s and Most Loyal Retail Team Member went to Lorraine Terry from BHS who has been working in BHS for 15 years and has worked her way to Operations Manager.
As well as recognising retailer achievements the glamorous awards evening included a talk from Ami Holt about The Mall’s chosen charity of the year, Know Your Normal, as well as a raffle that raised over £400 for the good cause.

These awards are The Mall’s way of saying thank you to our retailers for their hard work throughout the year. It was an amazing night and we’re proud to have raised hundreds for our Mall Cares chosen charity of the year, Know Your Normal.”
