MF COMMUNICATIONS – A LOCAL BUSINESS SUCCESS STORY

mf-communicationsKent-based telecommunications firm, MF Communications has just celebrated 16 years in business, and continues to build a successful company through serving the local market.

Finding that people were dissatisfied with poor customer service from big organisations, and being treated as one small customer among many, MF Communications decided to expand its business phone system and maintenance company and serve the wider network services needs of local businesses.

Providing everything from business phone lines and calls to broadband, mobiles and VoIP, the company focusses on excellent customer service (backed up by Checkaprofessional.com reviews) and giving the personal touch of a local business – on top of providing quality products and services and value for money.

MF Communications has since seen record sales and growth, as well as a hugely positive response from customers and a noticeable shift in attitudes towards choosing local suppliers over large corporations.

“Our growth from a small start-up 16 years ago to the local, national and international business we are today has definitely been helped by collaborating with neighbouring businesses. Now more than ever they are seeing the benefits of working with local suppliers.

“Supporting the local economy is not just about shopping on the high street. There are hundreds of excellent independent businesses, like us, outside of town centres which provide great customer care, high-quality products and services and competitive prices. Being local no longer means being expensive.

“We want our success story to encourage more companies to look at local businesses when choosing suppliers. We find that our customers like that we are just around the corner, and we often use the services of many of them as well. Just one example, we regularly pop in for a coffee and lunch at Kitty’s Café.” said Fraser Young, Managing Director of MF Communications.

As standard practice, MF Communications sources local suppliers where possible, and many of these relationships are reciprocal. The company also invests in the local community through providing jobs as well as supporting charitable causes. Recently this has included sponsoring customers’ and suppliers’ charitable causes, and supporting charities such as the Kent MS Therapy Centre, Great Ormond Street and Tuck by Truck.

MF Communications customer, Neil Simmons at TN Recruits says “For a recruitment company it is essential that we can keep in contact with clients and potential recruits. We initially chose MF Communications for all of our telecoms requirements because they are local. However, we have stayed with them because the service we receive is excellent.”
