Final homes available at Kingsborough Manor

Jones Homes is preparing to release the final home for sale at its landmark development on the Isle of Sheppey.

The housebuilder is taking early enquiries for the spacious four-bedroom show home, which is the final property available to purchase at the popular site.

Kingsborough Manor, which has been under construction for over 20 years, was a flagship new homes development designed to attract more people to the area.

Swale Borough Council granted planning permission for the homes on former farmland in 1997, with the aim that these properties would provide new executive housing to the area and help to stimulate the economic regeneration of the Isle of Sheppey.

Work began on the 211 new homes at Kingsborough Manor in 1999, and over the last two decades, the development has been extremely popular with both local buyers as well as a variety of purchasers from across the South East and London.

Sara Stanhope, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Southern, said: “Kingsborough Manor was designed to provide a range of high specification homes to encourage people to relocate to the Isle of Sheppey.

“We have had the pleasure of watching this new community form as we have carefully crafted new homes for them. We have watched families grow, and people who purchased in our earlier phases move into our newer homes as the build programme continued.

“We have also created a community orchard at Kingsborough Manor as part of our legacy there.

“We are now taking early enquires on the final home at the development, The Hartford Regent II, a large four-bedroom detached house which features a spacious open-plan kitchen/ family / dining room with a garden room as well as a separate lounge with a feature bay window.

“I would encourage anyone interested in owning this spacious family home to contact our sales advisors today to find out more.”

While work has now ended at Kingsborough Manor, Jones Homes has announced it will build a new selection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at its Shurland Park development in Minster.
