DSH is pleased to announce the completion of a merger between DSH Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors of Maidstone and the Charing-based firm of Tenbury Chartered Accountants.
For Philip Bramall, Tenbury’s Managing Partner, the move was a natural one to take. He said: “Having established Tenbury over 25 years ago I had been giving increasingly serious thought to my own future as well as that of the business.
“I wanted to not only provide long term security of employment for my team but also ensure my clients continued to receive the high quality service they had become accustomed to.
“So the approach to DSH was obvious. Having initially trained with DSH, I had always remained in touch with them and often called upon their services when any of my clients had issues that fell outside our own skill set.”

For Philip Bramall, the move has opened up new opportunities. Although he will maintain a consultancy role at DSH, it has allowed him to better pursue his passion for golf, especially having just taken over as Captain of Chart Hills Golf Club.
