Founder & CEO of CT Travel Group, Mark Kempster, says:
“We have 85 employees and this is a great reward for all of them. The industry we work in is fast-paced and our staff work tirelessly to ensure we continue to grow and expand – we could not have been in business for 30 years without them. We therefore work hard to ensure that the wellbeing of our staff is paramount and we have put several initiatives in place following their feedback, including increasing the annual holiday allowance, having a nominated charity and ‘employing’ an office dog, our Wellness Director Willow!”
