Award-winning business transformation consultancy, Embridge Consulting, has today announced the appointment of two new board members, as the company positions itself for continued growth.
Newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer, Steve Haines, brings over 25 years’ experience within the Enterprise Software and Digital Transformation space. With extensive knowledge in existing and new business development and business management, particularly in the Healthcare sector, Steve has joined Embridge after previous tenures at Civica and Unit4. He will work closely alongside Embridge Founder, Emma O’Brien, and the rest of the board as the business continues to respond to increased demand for its tailored business transformation subscription and ERP services.
The firm has also officially announced the appointment of Faye O’Connell into the newly created role of Chief Product Officer. With over 15 years of vendor and client-side experience, Faye has already been instrumental in the development of Embridge’s Value Accelerator [EVA]. This new role means there is a champion of customer-focused and forward-looking product strategy at Board level for the first time.
In addition to the new Board appointments, Embridge has also seen growth within several key departments. The Sales and Marketing team has seen two new additions since July, while the Professional Services team is being expanded in preparation of several large ERP consultancy projects.
The firm has also welcomed a new Organisational Development and Business Change Consultant, with plans to recruit a Training and Digital Adoption Consultant to further bolster the company’s capabilities.
