Janice Richards of Chatham, is celebrating after achieving Registered Bookkeeper status with the International Association of Book-keepers.
Registered bookkeepers have achieved a Level three IAB qualification or equivalent from another awarding body, the highest available, have at least two years’ relevant bookkeeping experience and have either a computerised bookkeeping qualification, or can demonstrate at least a year’s experience of computerised bookkeeping.
Janice who works for Brook Street employment agency, received her Fellow membership on April 28.
“Becoming a Registered Bookkeeper is important as it demonstrates that I have the most up to date and relevant skills possible to provide the best service for my current and future clients,” said Janice.
“As a not-for-profit, long-established industry body, the IAB qualifications are highly regarded by bookkeepers and those who use our services.
“I am proud to be able to call myself a Registered Bookkeeper.”
