Vertex Law has further strengthened its legal team with the appointment of Tilly Clarke.
The 31-year-old solicitor, who lives in Boughton Monchelsea, has joined the Commercial Team, which provides practical and pragmatic support on a range of commercial issues.
The Wine Society member, who specialised in commercial law in her previous role with a London law firm, has advised on mergers, acquisitions and disposals as well as a wide variety of other commercial matters.
“I’m really pleased to have joined Vertex and become part of the commercial team, which has an excellent reputation in the region,” she said. “I am delighted to be working in such a professional team, providing client-focused services to a broad range of clients.”
