Kent-based accountancy firm, Adiva Accountants, has acquired its first permanent premises in Bromley after securing six-figure funding from NatWest.
Previously located on Bromley High Street, the company has used a £456,000 funding package from the bank to purchase a 76 sqm ground floor office on East Street, after outgrowing its former rented office space.
Over the last five years, the team has grown to four employees and the new East Street space will comfortably accommodate the existing team and allow for further growth. The company has now moved into the new office and the additional desk space for up to 10 staff has enabled the team to follow strict social distancing measures.
Founded in 2015 by Admir Elezaj, Adiva Accountants specialise in providing accounting and tax services for businesses of all sizes as well as individuals. The firm prides itself on going above and beyond for clients, identifying new tax planning opportunities, using the latest accountancy software and ensuring each tax return is viewed by two partners.
The business has doubled its turnover over the last two years and hopes to grow its team of accountants, with plans to recruit a full-time employee in the coming months.
Admir said: “Since I founded the business, we have successfully grown both the size of the team and our client base, all from our rented premises on Bromley High Street. However, to allow us to continue to expand, now was the time to relocate to our own office space.
“Thanks to the support from NatWest, we have been able to purchase the new office on East Street with capacity for us to hire at least one new member of staff each year for the next five years. We can now start settling in to our first permanent office and plans are already in motion to hire another employee.”
