“Ardo is a European leader in its field and has a great reputation for how they do business,” she said. “I aim to deliver continual growth and development of our products and services we offer our clients.
“As Ardo invests so much in its people I would also like to develop professionally and personally in the modules provided by the Ardo academy and outside bodies. I would also like to see further education in the Fresh vs Frozen debate for consumers and believe that we as a company have a responsibility to do this.”
Collin, who lives in Hawkhurst, added: “I wanted to work for Ardo as their high-quality products and focus on sustainability particularly appealed to me. I hope to support the Operations Team in its bid to achieve world-class standards in the factory and also drive a competitive advantage by offering superior technical service.”
Morag Bailey, Human Resources Director at Ardo UK, said: “I’d like to welcome our new additions to the Ardo UK family. We invest in our employees as we recognise that every member of staff from the factory floor to the boardroom plays a part in our ongoing success.
“I hope these new recruits enjoy their time at Ardo UK.”
