In order to accommodate recent growth and plans for further expansion, the team has moved to larger premises on Mount Ephraim Road.
Crowe Clark Whitehill operates from eight offices across the UK, including those in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.
Geert Struyven, Corporate Finance Partner at Crowe Clark Whitehill, said: “Our new offices are 35 per cent larger than our previous premises in Clanricade Gardens and will allow us to better service our existing clients and give us the capacity to keep on growing.
“In these difficult economic times, many companies are carefully examining the ‘value for money’ they receive from their advisors, and seeking out those that offer holistic solutions to their business problems. As a national firm, part of the international Crowe Horwath network, we are well placed to capitalise on this demand. The move ensures that we continue to have the ability to offer all our services from Tunbridge Wells, as well as from Maidstone.”
CCW Recovery Solutions, the insolvency arm of Crowe Clark Whitehill, will also move to the new building.
Mark Newman of CCW Recovery Solutions commented: “Since launching the insolvency service in 2009 we have taken on an additional seven staff to cope with demand. Although it is unfortunate that many businesses are suffering, our focus is always on helping companies to survive and evolve, rather than forcing them to close.
“We are continuing to work closely with our corporate finance team in Tunbridge Wells to explore all opportunities to maximise the chances of business survival, whether through recapitalising, accelerated mergers and acquisitions or other arrangements.
“Market trends point towards a continued demand in insolvency services which is part of the rationale for the move to larger offices.”
CCW Recovery Solutions provides advice on restructuring options, alongside formal insolvency procedures.
