Melanie Christodoulou, an Associate at Kent law firm Furley Page, has been awarded the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates, gaining a distinction.
The internationally recognised qualification offers a detailed insight into the different issues that arise when dealing with cross-border estate planning and succession worldwide including civil and common law systems from a range of EU & non-EU countries.
