Vertex Law has bolstered its Dispute Resolution Team with the appointment of William Charlesworth, a solicitor with a track record in representing international clients.
William, who lives in Tunbridge Wells, will advise clients in respect of all types of commercial dispute, ranging from debt and asset recovery to complex commercial disputes.
William has a range of experience, representing both UK and non-UK based businesses from SMEs to FTSE 250, AIM-listed companies to banks and financial institutions on a wide variety of commercial disputes.
He has undertaken litigation in the High Court in international shipping and unfair prejudice claims and also acted for commercial clients, including an international fashion brand, in respect of infringement of intellectual property rights, business defamation, phone hacking, restrictive covenant enforcement and debt and asset recovery.
