Kent-based telecommunications firm, MF Communications has just celebrated 16 years in business, and continues to build a successful company through serving the local market.
Finding that people were dissatisfied with poor customer service from big organisations, and being treated as one small customer among many, MF Communications decided to expand its business phone system and maintenance company and serve the wider network services needs of local businesses.

MF Communications has since seen record sales and growth, as well as a hugely positive response from customers and a noticeable shift in attitudes towards choosing local suppliers over large corporations.
