Redundancy

If we asked your staff what you are like to work for, what would they say?
Thankfully we don’t have that issue 🙂

What was your biggest ever business challenge and how did you overcome it?
Time and ability to turn all of our ideas into a reality is a big challenge and one we fit everyday.  Still trying to overcome that one.

How has the recent recession affected your business?
It has meant we have had to really focus on our core business, but we are growing again after a low profit last year.

If you could offer a first-time entrepreneur only one piece of advice, what would it be?
Focus – stay the course.  People will try and pull you in  lots of directions normally for their agenda not yours.  Focus on your idea and see it through.

Start my own business sooner and be cleverer with expansion plans

Don’t really have one.  We are pretty self motivated here.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
